The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and dealership operations, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment. Duties * Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service. * Manage inventory control by analyzing market trends and adjusting stock levels to meet demand. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. * Train and mentor staff on best practices for retail sales, customer service, and inventory management. * Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicles and promotions effectively during sales events or meetings. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Qualifications * Proven experience in a dealership environment with a focus on used car sales. * Strong skills in upselling, customer service, and retail sales strategies. * Familiarity with inventory management systems and market analysis techniques. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and team training sessions. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
