Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client interactions are documented and followed up on promptly. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and share insights on market trends. * Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably within pharmaceutical or medical sales. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent account management abilities, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among peers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders. * Schedule: Monday-Friday * 1:5 call rotation * Setting: Inpatient and outpatient * Patient Census: 18 per day * Duties: Evaluation and management of patients, including med/surg consultations * Cases: Classical and malignant hematology, autologous stem cell transplant * Support Staff: APPs, residents, hospitalists, nurse navigation, transplant coordinator, hematopathologists, radiation oncologists, cytometry technicians, pheresis services, administrative staff * Must be board-certified If you are passionate about driving results through effective sales strategies and building lasting client relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Specialist.
