Hilton Garden Inn Chicago NorthShore/Evanston represents the best in service, style, and success. We're currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. Position Overview The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the property's sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and cultivating key relationships to maximize revenue across all market segments. This leader will play a critical role in positioning the hotel within the competitive set while aligning with Hilton brand standards and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy * Develop and implement sales plans and budgets. * Participate in strategic planning, revenue management meetings, and brand initiatives. Sales Execution * Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue key accounts in corporate, group, and leisure segments. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel partners, and community leaders. * Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions. Revenue Management & Forecasting * Collaborate with revenue management to ensure optimal pricing and inventory strategies. * Analyze market trends, competition, and performance data to adapt sales strategies. * Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Brand & Guest Experience * Ensure all sales efforts align with Hilton brand standards and service values. * Work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
