Account Manager The Account Manager will develop and maintain client relationships, drive sales, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. Responsibilities: * Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty, retention, and new business opportunities. * Develop a deep understanding of BUZZ's service offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. * Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging personal and professional connections. * Collaborate with the sales, design, production, and marketing teams to develop customized event solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the company. * Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards goals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. * Develop and deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the benefits and value of working with BUZZ. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, balancing the needs of the client with the financial objectives of the company. * Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. * Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: * Experience - A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development role, preferably within the events industry or a related field. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. * Outgoing - Your interactions with people give you energy. You love what you do, and people enjoy working with you. * Relationship builder - You thrive to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the organization. *Computer savvy - *Strong skills is Microsoft Office products. *Flexibility - *You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! You understand that you may be required to work irregular hours and/or travel as dictated by client deliverables and deadlines. * Eager - You are self-motivated. You take the initiative to keep updated with the event industry and the capabilities of BUZZ and use those to propose new ideas and opportunities to improve your accounts.
