Job Description: Part-Time Property Manager - Argus Court/Argus Green (53 Units) Location: 3400 Vision Center Court Columbus, OH 43227 Hours: 28 hours per week * About Us:* National Church Residences is a leading provider of affordable housing and senior services with a mission to provide high-quality care and service to our communities. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Argus Court/Argus Green communities, which consist of 53 units serving residents under Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD programs. Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
