As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to help drive our expansion and strengthen client relationships. Position Overview This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who excels in both business development and account management. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage a structured weekly sales plan and client routing schedule. * Conduct a minimum of 25 daily outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and site visits. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. * Accurately document all sales activities and manage client records. * Monitor and assist in the collection of accounts that are 60+ days past due. * Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences. * Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the CEO. * Participate in weekly virtual sales meetings. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or account management. * Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (local travel required up to 75%). * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
