Job Overview: Join our dynamic Property Management Company as a Leasing Agent! We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to support our Property Management team in providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships within our community. Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee all leasing activities, including marketing efforts and responding to inquiries. * Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. * Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our communities to prospective residents. * Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and ensure timely lease execution. * Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, and relocation companies to drive leasing traffic. * Implement resident retention programs and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and renewals. * Oversee rent collection processes and address any delinquencies in collaboration with the property management team. * Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to adjust leasing strategies as needed. * Train and mentor leasing agents to ensure a high level of performance and customer service. Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in residential leasing preferred * Previous sales experience required * Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving leasing targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in property management software (Entrata experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
