Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic AT&T Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction in a grocery store environment. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Manage stock levels by assisting with inventory control and restocking shelves as needed. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Requirements * Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and retail math calculations. * Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership skills when supervising others. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting store products.
