Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right tanning services, explaining the benefits of various tanning products, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in choosing the best tanning services based on their needs. * Must be willing to meet sales goals and expectations. * Operate and maintain tanning equipment according to salon guidelines. * Educate clients on proper skin care and tanning techniques. * Keep the salon clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and payments accurately. Requirements: * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. * Knowledge of tanning techniques and equipment is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. * Reliable and punctual.
