Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Technology Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a self- starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting and outreach. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. * Understand client needs and effectively communicate Xcelacore's value proposition. * Lead high-level sales engagements with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to drive enterprise-level deals. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand business growth. * Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and key performance metrics. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or consulting sector. * Strong understanding of software development and IT solutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. * Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
