Residential Roofing Sales Job Type: Full-time or Part Time Vacancies: 2 Education: High School (Preferred) Experience: Roofing Sales, 1-2 years (Preferred but not required) License: Driver's License (Required) Work Authorization: United States (Required) Location: Oklahoma City, OK (and surrounding areas) America's Heartland Roofing and Construction LLC is currently seeking an experienced residential roofing sales representative. We are committed to providing top quality work and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: * Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials needed * Good customer service and communication skills * Be willing to door knock * Be able to follow up with potential customers * Good organizational skills * Be able to manage projects from beginning to end * Be physically able to climb on the roofs Requirements: * Must own a vehicle * Sales experience preferred * 1-2 years of roofing sales experience preferred but not required * Must be able to pass background check * Clean driving record * Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation: * Commission only position (A salesperson can from $64,000 to $185,000+ yearly * Company truck, gas card, and company phone provided for high performers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Performance bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Oklahoma City, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
