Job Overview: Palco Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. is looking for a high caliber Packaging Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Packaging Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales by offering customer-focused Custom Labels, Marking & Coding Systems, Product Labeling Equipment and Packaging Solutions. You will need to maintain a current customer base while also prospecting and developing new customer accounts. Location: * Located in Omaha, NE with travel through the Central Great Plains Region (Nebraska, Iowa and surrounding states) Responsibilities: * Connect with, travel to, and maintain current territory customers while also prospecting and developing new customer relationships. * Utilize multiple outreach strategies including leveraging industry contacts, networking, cold calling, and email blasts. * Identify customer challenges and develop specific solutions to their needs * Develop sales plans to target new opportunities for existing and new customers to achieve sales targets * Perform product/equipment demonstrations showcasing our products and services * Ability to oversee new projects from conception of ideas to implementation and customer satisfaction * Maintain in-depth knowledge of Palco's products and manufacturing capabilities as well as staying up to date on current industry advances and changes * Ability to travel with overnight stay out of home region Qualifications: We are currently seeking a Packaging Sales Engineer to build new business opportunities. You will be selling our entire product line of Custom Labels, Marking & Coding Systems, Product Labeling Equipment and Packaging Solutions.
