RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance and financial service requirements. * Present and explain State Farm products and services, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to prospective and existing clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. * Collaborate with the agent to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote products and services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals using CRM tools. * Stay informed about State Farm products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients. * Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to assess their coverage and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Must obtain a state insurance license within a specified timeframe (if not already licensed).
