Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for an Insurance Services Sales Assistant to join our Gregg Young Insurance Services TEAM at our Chevrolet dealership located in Omaha, Nebraska. Sales Assistant Requirements: The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company 's clientele. * work the sales/service dealership floor to gather prospect information for quotes * call warm leads to gather information to run an insurance quote * gather information needed to provide customer with an accurate quote * maximize time to keep productivity high * use scripts provided and quickly determine which script is needed * record the customer's personal information accurately in Lead Manager * be friendly and persuasive. * pass out business cards to help acquire future business * go the "extra mile" to help meet agency sales quota and facilitate future sales * occasionally help with marketing projects, either at-home or in office Sales Assistant Employment Package: *Hours & Compensation * traditional Monday - Friday work week * compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 year average / $100,000 + top producers * ($3,500/ monthly guarantee + commissions) * $18/hour base * $5 per completed quote sheet (must have all information needed to run an accurate quote) * $25 per life insurance lead, paid after appointment has been completed * $5 per business lead * cannot be current Allstate customer * example for hourly wage plus leads- * 5 leads in 1 hour + hourly wage of $18= $43/hour * fantastic facilities & a full suite of resources provided to execute the responsibilities * lead payment is not dependent upon sale of that lead. You're only responsibility is to acquire the information needed to run the quote.
