We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and personable Commercial Property Manager and Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing properties and finances, and excels at building strong relationships with tenants and vendors. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our commercial properties, handling tenant communications, managing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities : * Manage day to day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties * Maintain and update lease records, including onboarding, lease renewals, and responding to inquires * Oversee rent collections and pursue delinquent accounts * Prepare and send monthly invoices and statements * Enter and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks * Coordinate with vendors and contactors for property maintenance * Assist in preparing budgets, reports, and financial summaries * Track CAM (common area maintenance) charges and reconciliations * Ensure compliance with all lease terms and local regulations * Assist with special projects as needed, such as profit and loss statements, end of year taxes, create spreadsheets for commercial financial reports * Payroll Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * CommercialProperty management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
