As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the forefront of our growth--engaging with financial institutions, generating leads, and helping us bring our next- generation platform to new markets. What You 'll Do: * Prospect & Qualify Leads - Identify, research, and engage potential customers, creating new business opportunities. * Outbound Engagement - Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to key decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and financial institutions. * Lead Nurturing - Understand prospect pain points, align XYB's solutions to their needs, and book meetings for the Sales team. * Pipeline Growth - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads through strategic outreach. * Collaboration - Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance lead generation. * CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in the CRM for efficient follow-up and reporting. What We 're Looking For: * 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking technology. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of Product, etc.). * Understanding financial markets and fintech trends. * Highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn. * Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
