The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties * Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all sales targets are met. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales roles; technology sales experience is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Experience in retail sales or territory management is advantageous. * Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations to diverse audiences. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
