If you are interested in joining a company that listens, encourages, and motivates, then Techo-Bloc may be your next career move. * Job Description* * Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor. * Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices. * Ensure Techo-Bloc's brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels. * Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service. * Outside sales role with some overnight travel required. Qualifications * A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing). * Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic; * Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude; * Post Secondary Education; Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies; * Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events; * This job is home office-based and requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the Greater Chicago area is a must. * Must be able to travel. * A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
