We are looking for another busy bee to join our hive! It's All About Bees! is a local honey producer, gift shop, and small food manufacturer. We make and bottle our own gourmet food products to sell in our shop, farmers markets, and craft shows as well as in many stores in our area. We are looking for a positive, reliable employee to join our store's retail/production team. This is a full time with competitive pay. We require both Saturday and Sunday availability. Skills Required: * Both Saturdays and Sundays are required * Friendly, bubbly personality with a positive attitude * Customer service experience * Attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions * Ability to multitask and work efficiently * Ability to work cohesively with a team as well as independently Duties: * Retail sales and in-store customer service * Labeling and packaging products that are manufactured in house * Special store and company projects * Cleaning and stocking retail store * Working at company Farmers Market booth: Saturdays and Sundays Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. * Perform extended periods of standing, reaching, grasping, bending and sitting in different physical environments. * Maintain a quick work pace with optimum time management to maximize productivity. * Ability to read and understand instructions, written and oral. * Good eyesight is important for this position. Additional Qualifications: * Prior successful retail, sales, kitchen, manufacturing or customer service experience helpful * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Hours Required: * We are open 7 days a week; must be able to work weekend shifts * Our business hours are 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to work weekends during the Farmers Market season (6:00am to 2:00pm).
