Job description ColdTech Refrigeration is seeking a: Commercial Sales Representative to build a commercial sales engine in the greater Las Vegas area. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include: * Engage with New Clients: Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential customers for our Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Planned Maintenance Programs. * Build Customer Relationships: Win the sale and check-in with the customer to support the ops team in maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. * Learn and Grow: Gain knowledge of commercial refrigeration & HVAC systems and stay informed about industry trends with ongoing training and mentorship. * Ask for the Sale: Practice your sales techniques in a supportive environment where asking for the sale multiple times is encouraged. * Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets with guidance and support from your team. * Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. * Develop Skills: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through our structured development programs.
