Full description of the position

The Business Development Manager will focus on the development and growth of the inside sales team. The manager will coach, train, and analyze data in positioning the team and tactics to meet overall company objectives. Overview of Responsibilities: * Grow number of Accredited Businesses * Background in Salesforce or similar CRM software. * Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development. * Design and deliver training content. * Coach and develop team members. * Communicate professionally and effectively. * Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance. * Perform other duties as assigned.
