Busy Real Estate Development office in need of a experienced Admin Assistant,(Assistant Property Manager) in Okaland. * MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH!!! Must have great sales skills for leasing apartments!! Duties include, but not limited to; * Answering high volume / multi-line phone system * Customer Service * Drafting correspondence and documents * Bank deposits * Collecting rents * Filing * Errand running * Scheduling appointments * showing units and giving tours * Maintenance requests * using computer software such as Office, Outlook, Rent Manager and Appfolio Experienced applicants only, please. This position will transition into a residential onsite manager after a few weeks of employment.
