Responsibilities * Understand and implement dealership sales process * Monitor and respond to all Internet leads in a timely manner following dealership process * Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers * Be available to respond to email, text, and phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner * Check email and CRM text frequently and respond to inquiries immediately * Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection - be the product expert & sounding board * Provide vehicle information and direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet * Quote pricing and inventory availability * Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards Qualifications * Previous automotive dealership experience * Superior communication skills, both oral and written * Outstanding organizational skills * Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure * Ability to work a structured schedule to maintain coverage for online inquiries
