Company Overview The Swiftwater is currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales strategy to drive company revenue at the Poconos newest luxury property. Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our team at Desaki Restaurant. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy, enhancing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in promoting our unique dining offerings and ensuring the continued success of our restaurant. Responsibilities * Lead and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive top-line revenue, with a focus on corporate business travel (BT), outbound sales, and strategic partnerships. * Develop and maintain key corporate accounts while actively prospecting and closing new business across all revenue channels. * Implement targeted sales activations to maximize revenue opportunities in corporate, group, and transient segments. * Collaborate with the revenue strategy team to optimize pricing strategies and ensure rate integrity across all booking platforms. * Establish strong relationships with corporate travel managers, meeting planners, and industry partners to position The Swiftwater Hotel as the preferred luxury destination throughout the Pocono region. * Create and execute a dynamic sales action plan that includes measurable goals, KPIs, and innovative strategies to drive demand. * Work closely with marketing and PR teams to design and implement promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. * Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability for the sales team, and front-office team fostering a high-performance, revenue-focused culture. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Represent the hotel at key industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and secure new business. * Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clientele and key industry partners to enhance the hotel's market position. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Requirements * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field * Experience as a supervisor or manager * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
