Skills * Proven working experience as an assistant manager and/or leasing consultant * Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations * Proven track record of successful sales * Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills * Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques * Customer-focused approach Requirements for position: * Full-time position with regularly scheduled weekend hours. * The ideal candidate will have previous apartment industry experience. * Must be organized and detail-oriented, possess strong marketing and sales skills, effective communication skills, and experience with a telephone sales presentation. * Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills. * Computer skills required * Knowledge of Yardi and CRM software is a plus. * Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.
