Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their shopping needs. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and effectively communicate product information will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping journey. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Process transactions accurately through cash handling and point-of-sale systems. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and visually appealing. * Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Social Media Experience preferred. * High or College students will be considere.
