Job Summary Parts Sales Representative Individual will be required to: * Lead and conduct parts sales to over the counter and telephone customers. * Meet / exceed sales quota every month. Maintain inventory systems and prepare Purchase Orders to maintain stock levels * Source parts from suppliers, negotiates pricing and terms and makes appropriate buying decisions based on sales and inventory data * Price all Sales within guidelines or with approvals for all exceptions * Ensure all parts sold are promptly and accurately invoiced. * Maintain records of backorders and special orders and follow- up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Complete all warranty parts claims daily * Balance cash and close "batches" daily * Communicate / update management on all sales / department issues * Ensure parts warehouse is clean and organized in a manner that makes for an efficient operation. * Greet all customers with courteous and helpful disposition * Provide feed- back to management on key objections raised by customers Candidates must have at least a high school diploma combined with 3-5 years progressive experience in parts sales and inventory management. Must have strong computer skills preferably with knowledge of MAS90, ODOO Must have demonstrated technical skills and principles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales of industrial product parts preferably in the laundry industry. Candidates should be able to demonstrate good telephone etiquette and the ability to complete sales. Compensation is commensurate with experience and consists of a base salary plus an incentive plan. Representatives will be expected to meet a monthly sales quota.
