Full description of the position

ShopSXC stylists work in the brick and mortar store where they perform a number of duties while providing excellent customer service. The primary role of our stylist is to help customers find merchandise they are looking for. Aside from helping customers, our stylists ensure the store is clean and tidy while maintaining product displays that attract customers. ShopSXC stylists are expected to be brand ambassadors who act as representatives that reflect the company's values. Roles and Responsibilities * Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store * Informing customers of sales and promotions * Recommending product to customers * Starting fitting rooms for customers, as well as assisting in the fitting room when needed * Working with cash register and processing payments * Cleaning the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing * Restocking clothing, jewelry, and sunglasses throughout the day * Be a brand ambassador that reflects the company's values Skills and Qualifications * Comprehensive understanding of the store products * Advanced customer service skills * Basic math skills * The ability to use a cash register * Strong level of professionalism at work * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Patience when dealing with difficult customers * Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Relocate: * Mount Pleasant, SC 29464: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
