Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager in the following: * Interviewing, screening, and hiring processes * Orientation, training, and scheduling * Implementing company policies and procedures * Managing the resident aged receivable accounts * Submitting all administrative forms, files, and reports in a timely manner * Posting rent to the Entrata software system * Efficient and courteous response to all resident QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Successful leasing techniques and sales methods. * Professional dress and etiquette. * Ability to resolve conflict and find solutions. * A minimum of 1 year experience in related field. * Proven abilities in customer support and problem resolution. * Experience working with Entrata software.
