Position Overview: We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with proven experience in the waste and recycling industry, specifically selling front-load dumpster service. The ideal candidate will have an existing network, a deep understanding of commercial waste needs, and a hunter mentality for securing new accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. * Sell new front-load dumpster service contracts, including 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10-yard containers. * Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. * Conduct site evaluations to recommend the right service solutions for customers. * Prepare and present professional proposals and service agreements. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain CRM documentation of all prospecting and sales activities. * Represent BSSI professionally at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in waste and recycling sales, with a focus on front-load dumpster service. * Proven sales track record * Strong knowledge of container sizes, service frequencies, pricing structures, and local waste/recycling regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently while meeting aggressive performance goals. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
