The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess strong communication skills to assist prospective tenants with their leasing needs. Responsibilities: - Adapt quickly to different properties and team environments - Conduct property tours and highlight the features of available units - Process lease applications accurately - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all interactions - Assist with lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately - Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate move-ins including pre-move in inspections and key exchanges - Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism across all locations - Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance issues - Provide administrative support and communicate effectively with property managers to address needs and priorities - Answer phone calls and emails professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette skills Requirements: - Experience in property management is a plus - Proven involvement with customer relationship management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and file management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc. - Ability to travel between different properties and work with a variety of product * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping people and building relationships.
