Description: Job Summary: creative werks partners with Top 100 food brands to bring their products to market through our design, co-packing and manufacturing services. The Sales Associate will serve as a critical part of the Sales & Marketing team supporting the Sales team in quotes, new category and content research, RFI's, general sales administration tasks and assisting in sales data management. This individual contributor role will aid in fielding inbound leads and begin to foster client relationships through creative problem-solving, pitching new ways to partner and providing top-level client service execution. Responsibilities of the Position: * Pull, organize and analyze sales data from HubSpot CRM, creating detailed and accurate client-facing documents and capacity reports used for bi-weekly KPI updates for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) * Manage inbound sales leads and field inbound Request For Quotes/Inquiry (RFI) by evaluating prospective clients, scheduling introductory meetings and maintaining accurate account records * Support outbound sales efforts by researching potential clients, updating sales documents, managing subscriptions (e.g Nielsen, Google Ads) and assisting with administrative tasks across the Sales team * Collaborate with the Sales, Project Manage and greater Client Services teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on leads, opportunities and account management operational excellence * Participate in necessary client calls to field questions and serve as account escalation point * Gain understanding of creative werks' operations through job shadowing, studying creative werks' marketing collateral, competitors and clients to develop sales capabilities to win new business and convert target prospects * Perform other duties as assigned by Management Requirements: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Sound experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams * Exceptional presentation, written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate objectives and capabilities in virtual or in-person settings * Experience utilizing CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus but not required * Ambitious, driven and enthusiastic about food and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry * Passion for sales and driven to grow assigned accounts/prospects * Curiosity and an appetite for to learn the business and improve the sales process * Self-starter, persistent and comfortable working autonomously and with teams to move business and projects forward Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 0-2+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience * Background in CPG or food manufacturing a plus but not required Physical Requirements: * Operate standard office equipment * Reach with hands and arms * Lift up to 25 pounds * Travel required +/- 5% as needed Benefits of Werking for CW: * Fun, creative, and inviting atmosphere - plus the perk of working with cool food brands! * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits * 401K and company match * Hybrid work eligible after 90 days/onboarding complete (max 2 days per week) * Paid Time Off * On-site gym * Audible Subscription * Continuous learning and development opportunities The approved annualized base compensation range for this role is established at $55,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts will be determined based on candidate skills, qualifications, experience and domain expertise.
