Jani-King of Augusta is looking for a passionate, motivated leader to serve as our Regional Director in Training. The Regional Director in Training will participate in a full slate of training with the intention of leading one of our eight regions in the near future. Training will be in Augusta and the chosen candidate must be willing to move to one of our eight territories at the end of training. The Regional Director in Training will eventually lead a sales and operations team in support of local franchises, who have chosen us to chase their dream of financial freedom. Responsbilities: * Recruiting and helping entrepreneurs start their own Jani-King franchise. * Develop Jani-King franchises to reach their highest possible level. * Leading the inside and outside sales teams to develop business for franchises. * Leading the operations team to support franchises in customer satisfaction and retention. * Maintain the budget and financial goals of the office. * Grow the region using a proven system. Successful candidates must have a superior work ethic, unparalleled customer service skills, and the ability to maintain working relationships across a broad spectrum of personalities. Successful candidates need to excel in analyzing situations and are able to use our system's policies and procedures to find solutions. Job Requirements In addition to the above, the right candidate must have an interest in:: * Sales leadership. * Operations leadership * Great organizational and communication skills * Professional appearance * "Hands-on" management skills * Budgeting and financial experience. Strong technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning is extremely beneficial but not required. Strong technical knowledge in franchising is beneficial, but not required.
