Responsibilities: * Grow sales in multidirectional wholesale, B2B and online channels * Work as inside sales professional and customer support for our B2B wholesale customers * Set-up and manage promotions, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations and product data at the customers portals and within our internal systems * Support of sales campaigns and new product launches * Manage and contribute to an overall e-commerce marketing strategy for the company * Work cross-functionally to make new products live on B2B and B2C websites, Retail E-commerce sites. * Update and upkeep data on the DIJAS website and B2B portals * Development and execution of digital marketing strategies * Make recommendations to the brand team to optimize the marketing mix (pricing, promotions) to ensure products significantly grow in e-commerce sales * Management of online advertising campaigns * Assisting in creation and execution of social media campaigns to maximize brand awareness and support increased sales Qualifications/Skills: * You have a bachelor's degree and are probably in your first or second job right now. You have the following experience: * 5+ years of experience in sales support, entry inside sales, and administration. * Strong computer acumen. * 5+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience required. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * A very detailed and curious mindset that is always searching for methods to compete and upsell in an ever-changing marketplace. * Effective communication and time management skills. * Maintains excellent writing and language skills. * Strong attention to detail * Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. * Quick Books experience * Word Press and WooCommerce exeprience * Experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube) * Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and Console We are looking to fill the role immediately.
