Duties * Engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling and lead generation. * Analyze customer needs and present appropriate products or services to meet those needs. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers. * Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and technical specifications to provide accurate information to clients. * Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. * Familiarity with sales management processes and collaboration in a team-oriented environment. * Experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly desirable. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and market trends effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
