Responsibilities: - Conduct automotive sales by understanding and demonstrating vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits to potential customers - Engage in cold calling and prospecting to generate leads and expand customer base - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including follow-up and after-sales support - Utilize retail sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork effectively - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to communicate with a diverse customer base - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience for customers - Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone - Knowledge of automotive software systems for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers Pay: - Minimum pay of $3,000 per month, plus commissions and bonuses!
