Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering relationships within the community, promoting our programs, and engaging with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Duties * Engage with community members to educate them about available programs and services. * Collect data to assess community needs and program effectiveness. * Develop and implement strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of the community. * Conduct public speaking engagements to promote awareness of our organization's mission and initiatives. * Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring all objectives are met within timelines. * Collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to enhance community outreach efforts. Qualifications * Technologically proficient in G-Suite products as well as other information systems. * Proven experience in data collection and analysis related to community programs. * Excellent public speaking abilities, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively. * Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish. * Knowledge or experience in addiction counseling is a plus but not required. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups within the community. * A passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community.
