What You'll Be Doing: * Delivering top-tier customer service * Assisting with product inquiries and order support * Operating our Point-of-Sale system * Picking and packing online, phone, and in-store orders * Restocking inventory and maintaining warehouse organization * Ensuring accurate inventory input and shipping processes * Keeping the workplace clean and safe We 'll provide all the training you need! What We're Looking For: Preferred (but not required): * Experience in retail, merchandising, or shipping * Familiarity with tobacco and herb accessories * Background in head shops, dispensaries, or wholesale distribution Must-Haves: * 21+ years old * Previous cash handling experience * Reliable, punctual, and motivated * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods * Team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn * Basic math skills and comfort working in a warehouse setting Job Details: * Job Type: Full-time * Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour * Hours: 30-35 per week * Perks: Closed Sundays & most major holidays!
