Job description Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, a premier dealership in the Northern Viriginia area, is looking for Internet Sales Specialists to join our team. The Internet Sales Specialists, known in the industry, are the first people our customers speak to on the phone and via the internet. Internet Sales Specialists are responsible for handling our numerous incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are empathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience or any other customer service/telephone contact experience. Proficient computer and internet skills are a MUST! We offer: * 40 Hour/ 5-day work week *Hourly salary PLUS commission * Paid training *Medical, Dental, Vision (after 90 days of employment) *401(k) * Paid vacation *Discounted vehicle purchases Responsibilities: *Answers all incoming calls and internet inquiries to the department and schedules appointments. *Makes phone calls to customers after they have visited the showroom to find out about their experience. *Makes outbound calls to current customers to remind them of lease termination or equity positions in retail vehicles. *Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products, and services via phone, email, text, or chat.
