Full description of the position

FULL TIME Bilingual Leasing Professional wanted for brand new luxury apartment community Orlando. * Must have 2 years leasing experience * Must be Bilingual * Lease-up experience preferred * Able to meet and exceed sales objectives based on property goals * Must be a self-starter, organized, enthusiastic and have excellent time management and customer service skills * Basic computer skills required (Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook) OneSite accounting software experience preferred * Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for marketing purpose. We are looking for someone who not only connects well with people but also has a knack for social media.
