We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service, Sales and Donations Outreach Representative. In this dynamic full time role, you will support both sales and community engagement efforts, including fielding donations on behalf of our clients and their causes in an in person manner. This is a great opportunity to grow within our sales department while developing leadership skills by assisting in managing a team of customer service and sales representatives. Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service, sales, and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services. * Engage with the public to field and process donations, clearly communicating the mission and value of the organizations we support. * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales and fundraising goals. * Provide training and guidance to new representatives as they onboard. * Monitor activities, track performance metrics. * Communicate product knowledge, sales techniques, and fundraising messaging to team members. * Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and ideas for continuous growth. Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for helping others and representing causes that make a difference. * Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales and management. * Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and adapt. * Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
