What's in it for you? * Paid Holiday, Sick, and Vacation Time * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401k Plan * Healthcare Spending or Reimbursement Accounts such as HSAs, FSAs, HRPs, and HRAs Job Description * Oversees property staff. * Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise. * Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents. * Approves invoices for payments. * Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal. * Effectively manages maintenance technicians. * Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis. * Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements. * Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents. * Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support. * Conducts periodic apartment inspections. * Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic. Qualifications * Minimum of three years of property management experience - Required * Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in multi family. -Required * Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to organize and problem-solve * Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects. Additional Information * Floating throughout DFW $55-$70k Monday- Friday 9am-6pm / Saturdays only when needed The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
