In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our customers. You will be the face of our store and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Assist customers in finding products and providing them with product information. * Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise displays are attractive and well-stocked. * Promote sales and special offers to customers and encourage them to sign up for loyalty programs. * Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and store promotions.
