The Ask We are looking for an Account Manager to support our Customer Care business in Greenville, SC. Unlike the traditional contact center, customer care is a holistic approach going beyond a one & done interaction. It embraces all aspects of a customer journey from purchase through engagement through repurchase. And, it crosses all communication channels, including voice, digital, print & face-to-face.
