Duties * Assist in managing daily sales operations and coordinate activities among the sales team. * Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Support inside sales efforts by preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients. * Manage customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up on inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling products. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management. * Provide administrative support to the sales management team as needed. * Facilitate training sessions on software tools used for sales tracking and reporting. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role within a B2B environment is preferred. * Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. * Experience in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Proficient in using various software applications related to sales tracking and reporting. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
