Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store displays, and contributing to a friendly, Clean and efficient shopping environment. Must reliable and responsible. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. * Ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service. * Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Requirements * Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with our customer base. * Ability to work flexible hours. * A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
