Key Responsibilities: * Communicate promptly and professionally with internet leads and prospects via phone, text, email, or in person, ensuring a personalized experience for each customer. * Effectively manage internet sales leads, providing accurate information regarding vehicle availability, features, pricing, and promotions. * Maintain and update a detailed customer database, tracking interactions and follow-ups to nurture ongoing relationships and secure repeat business. * Record actionable notes in the CRM to ensure smooth communication across the team and facilitate a seamless customer journey. * Schedule and coordinate appointments for test drives, vehicle deliveries, and other customer engagements, ensuring timely follow-through.
