What You'll Do: As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our community, helping people find their perfect home while delivering exceptional customer service. Greet prospects with a warm smile and give personalized property tours. * Close the Deal! Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding what prospects are looking for in their home and their community and by guiding them through the application process. * Market & Shine! Use creative strategies to spread the word about our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns. * Support & Solve! Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. * Be a Team Player! Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property. *What You 'll Bring to The Team: * You're passionate about helping people find their next home. * You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease. * You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead. * You're tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms. * You're detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro. * You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required!).
