Responsibilities: * Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices. * Process endorsements for clients. * Manage a diverse book of house accounts. * Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers. * Support designated sales staff. * Review and respond to renewal activities. * Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
