Full description of the position

Stamping Plant Sales Manager/Director for auto parts supplier Tier 1 and 2 experience a must * Identify and target potential partners to build business relationships * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals * Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with partners * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of products * Monitor market trends to seek new product opportunities, new customers, and quotations * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals * Achieve sales targets and performance metrics as established * Provide excellent customer service to maintain and strengthen partner relationships * Contract review and the sales order authorization process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
